Layout for a 456 sqft beauty salon for city approval

I am looking for a layout for my 456 sqft beauty salon in order to receive city approval. I require a combination of open floor plan and separate rooms, as well as specific fixtures that I have in mind for the interior design. I prefer a traditional interior design for the salon.
