Interior Designer or Design Student for Townhouse Airbnb conversion in the Catskills

We are looking to convert our 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse in the Catskills into an Airbnb next year. Some existing features (fireplace surround with own piece of art, some floors and tiles, some existing furniture etc.) and a large number of pieces of (mostly African) art are to be incorporated into the design. Our designer must be able to balance a tight budget with the challenge to find a unique and attractive design that will make potential guests look past the other rentals and find their perfect pick in our Airbnb.
