• House Style – Mediterranean/Spanish

o Outdoor patio (accessed from kitchen and living room)
• First Floor
o Surface: same as Ground Floor (including the outdoor terrace)
o Master Bedroom + Bathroom
o Room 1 + Small Bathroom
o Room 2 + Small Bathroom
o Outdoor Terrace
• Landscape
o No swimming pool
o Olive Trees
o Fruit Trees
o Dedicated Area for BBQ
o Dedicated area for growing vegetables
