2D House Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
There are three parts to this Job.
**IMPORTANT** PLEASE READ WHOLE BRIEF AND LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS BEFORE BIDDING
Part 1 - Minor updates to existing 2D house plans.
Existing CAD file and .jpeg sketches will be provided. Changes to be constant with existing drawings (e.g. same line weight, font, etc)
Finished work will be submitted in both CAD and .PDF
Part 2 - Preparation of a new Site Plan.
Site plan to be drawn 1:1 scale in model space and presented on a single A3 sheet (same boarder as other sheets in CAD file)
Lot boundary to be drawn using bearings/distances provided on Survey plan (not traced)
Contours to be traced (digitised) from provided screenshot by aligning property boundary.
Buildings, trees, features, etc. to be drawn to scale based on measurement provided in .jpeg sketch. Any discrepancies in the measurement provided or missing information should be notified immediately and I’ll remeasure/clarify.
Finished work will be submitted in both CAD and .PDF
Part 3 – Preparation of ‘Proposed Alteration’ plans.
Using the existing CAD plans as a base, all existing lines will be turned to grey and the new additions will be drawn in back.
Revision status is to be updated on all sheets
All new work to be drawn 1:1 scale in model space and presented on A3 sheets as per the existing.
New Deck, Kitchen and Landry changes are to be drawn as per the provided in .jpeg sketch.
Update Plan, and Elevations. Provide Additional Section Sheet with 2 additional cross sections (B-B and C-C).
All dimensions, notes, annotation to be applied in Paper Space NOT model space
Text and dimensions to be consistent height and legible when printed A3
Finished work will be submitted in both CAD and .PDF
Part 4 - Successful completion will lead to additional work.
Payment – Happy to Pay 20% at completion of Part 1, 20% at completion of part 2, 40% at the completion of Part 3 and 20% at the completion of all (Parts 1, 2 and 3). Or 100% at the end if you prefer.
**IMPORTANT** For those who always read the brief, i'm sorry for the additional mucking around, but gauging by the number of responses you get within <1min of posting a job, i suspect most don't read the brief and look at the attachments.
