House Plan Design -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will be building a custom home of ~4,000 square feet in Gilbert, Arizona. I am looking for someone who can discuss my ideas for the home and turn those into a set of house plans. I have put together an Excel file with a "wish list" that describes the rooms and spaces I'd like in the house, and I also have a Google Slides document with information on the building site and many photographs of architectural details that I like. I am looking for someone with whom I can communicate and discuss details, with the goal of generating a set of plans for my dream home. I initially am interested in a floor plan and elevations, but if I decide to go with your design, I would like a complete set of architectural plans that can be submitted for approval in Arizona, USA, as well as a full 3D rendering and virtual walkthrough of the house.
