Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a skilled contractor to renovate my home with a single-story extension. The goal is to improve access and flow throughout the entire floorplan, and to add an extra bedroom with an ensuite. Idea is to create the extra bedroom on the exisiting slab (alfresco).
Key Tasks:
- Single-story extension to accommodate an additional bedroom with ensuite.
- Redesign existing layout to improve flow and access throughout the whole floorplan.
- Work from basic sketches I will provide.
