Floor plan with furniture and electricity outlets -- 2

I am looking for someone to draw up a floor plan with furniture and electricity outlets for a residential space, approximately 200 SQM or less. I do not have any specific preferences as far as furniture or outlet placement, so I am open to suggestions. The project requires a well-detailed plan for the use of furniture, lighting, outlets, and any other necessary items for the intended usage of the space. A designer who can come up with creative ideas and utilize the space efficiently is necessary. I am looking for an experienced designer, familiar with residential floor plans and who has a portfolio of previous work to demonstrate their skills.
