Darrell's Dream House

Looking to build my dream home. I would like for the front of my house look like the first picture I am posting. I am looking for a one story house on a walk in basement. I want a balcony on the first floor and in the basement. I am attaching a picture of how I would like the outside of the balcony to look on the basement level. I want two bed rooms on the first floor. The Master Bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with a full bathroom and two bed room in basement with a gameroom. I want a wood burning fireplace a big kitchen with an island. I want to be at 2800 sq ft or a little less.
