Cozy Beach House Exterior Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for a skilled designer to give my home renovation some final exterior design touches. I want a timeless, cozy, and inviting look, rather than trendy architectural elements. Given our proximity to the beach, a beach house-inspired aesthetic would be ideal.
Key project components:
- Walls and paint color
- Doors and windows
- Trims and accents
Given the constraints:
- We have a blue colored roof, which we must incorporate into the design
- Our (local) hardware only sells blue painted roof sheets, so we cannot repaint it with another color as much as possible to save cost.
- We are on a tight (budget), so cost-effective solutions are essential
In your proposal mention the two words that are parenthesized in this project description. I used blender for modeling. I do not expect a remodel, instead it is up to you to demonstrate the look and feel (i.e a simple paint over or draw over in the perspective view in the PDF file attached)
