Chief Architect Expert For Kitchen Design

I am looking for a high-level Chief Architect power user to assist with a kitchen layout and specification project. This job requires a deep understanding of the Barker Cabinets manufacturer catalog and RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) requirements.

The client is looking for a comprehensive design package similar to an "IKD" (Inspired Kitchen Design) report.

Key Requirements:
Software: Must use Chief Architect Premier (X15 or X16 preferred).

Library: You must have the Barker Cabinets Manufacturer Catalog installed and be proficient in using it.

Design Skills: Ability to create precise floor plans, elevations, and high-quality 3D renderings without altering original room dimensions.

Reporting: Must be able to generate an itemized Barker Order List with correct manufacturer codes and nomenclature.

Mandatory "Proof of Capability" (To be considered):
To ensure you have the necessary library installed, please include a screenshot of your Chief Architect "Library Browser" with your proposal. The screenshot must show the Barker Cabinets folder expanded, specifically highlighting the "Boise" door style.

Project Scope:
Reviewing hand-sketched dimensions and demo photos.

Creating a 3D model and layout using Barker Traditional specs.

Providing bi-daily progress updates.

Final delivery of a full design report and order list.

Budget & Timeline:
Initial Milestone: $250 for the draft and catalog verification.

Final Milestone: $250 upon 100% satisfaction and delivery of final reports.

Deadline: First draft needed within 48 hours.
