Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I own a 2-bedroom flat in Wakad, five minutes from Bhumkar Chowk, and I need a complete set of 2D drawings and 3D visualisations that bring a Modern Luxury aesthetic to life, with a strong focus on integrating maximum smart home automation. The scope covers every lived-in space: living room, both bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and the small entrance area.
What I expect:
Comprehensive Layouts: A dimensioned floor plan with furniture layout, plus detailed electrical and lighting points specifically optimized for smart home systems (e.g., automated lighting, smart curtains, climate control, and smart security).
Detailed Drawings: Elevations and detailed carpentry drawings where required for custom, high-end finishes.
Visualisations: Realistic 3D renders (or a SketchUp model) that clearly illustrate modern luxury material finishes, premium textures, and sleek colour placement.
Material List: A concise BOQ so I can source materials and automation tech locally before execution.
Budget & Terms:
I have a strict maximum budget of ₹10,000 for the full package. Payment will be broken into milestones tied to concept approval and final deliverables.
Handover Requirements:
All files must be handed over in editable formats—AutoCAD DWG for 2D work and either SKP, 3ds Max, or similar for 3D—along with high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders.
