Australian House Extension Drafting Plans

I am restoring and extending my existing Australian home and need a set of architectural drawings prepared for council submission. The scope includes additional bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a new living and lounge area, a new staircase, and the way these areas spill into the garden.

What I specifically require are fully dimensioned 2D floor plans, elevations, and a couple of key sections that clearly communicate the structure, materials, and levels.

I will provide:
- Survey file in dwg format - which contains the building identification elements such as walls, fireplaces, ridge line etc.
- A concept sketch in dwg format.

Package 1 deliverables:
- Survey interpreted into an existing site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections.

Package 2 deliverables:
- Site analysis plan
- Demolition plan
- Site plan
- Ground floor plan
- First floor plan
- Roof plan
- Elevations x 4
- Section x 4
- Stair details
- Bathroom details

I require all deliverables in dwg and pdf format - enabling me to edit and complete the design manually in autocad.
