Architectural Titleblocks
I am looking for a freelancer who can create architectural titleblocks for residential projects.
Requirements:
- The titleblocks should be designed to meet my general ideas and preferences.
- The arch title blocks should be in a format that allows me to create arch dwgs and then be able to put those dwgs onto the title blocks.
- I would like to have more than 7 titleblocks designed for various residential projects.
- The title blocks must be given to me in CAD file and in PDF. Preferably done in Revit.
The lucky candidate will be given more work as this project is much bigger than just title blocks. I will need floor types and wall types created, roof types created, wall sections etc as templates to use.
I will eventually need to be able to create a definitions page etc.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in architectural design and drafting
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience in creating titleblocks for residential projects
- Attention to detail and ability to incorporate specific design elements
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for titleblock design
- Proficient in sketch-up, canva.
