Architectural Plan Modification
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I build ‘spec’ homes in the San Antonio, Texas, Canyon Lake area. This is the latest plan I purchased from David Wiggins through The House Designers.
I have a number of changes including large picture windows and a shower/tub combination I have in all my houses.
What I want specifically, is ideas on what to do with an area in the front, which I show on the attached pdf, or any other ideas for this house without major changes in the size.
There will be no bonus room above the garage so the overall height and roof of the house will be lowered.
