I am looking for qualified Architect who can visit the location & take up entire work from design, levelling of plot, to construction of a Villa style 2 BHK with 2 toilets, Septic Tank, plumbing, electricla, landscaping, boundry etc - everything at a very low budget but Safe construction, considring open to weather location.
Pls consider construction of other houses later should not onstruct the Clear view of Water & Hills.
I have a sqeezed budget for this construction, as this is only a weekend home I am still exploring if I want to construct.
So pls adv only if you can take low budget but safe & strong construction projects.
Important to note that there are hundred of plots whose owners are exploring construction, so the opportunity to get more houses for the right design & cost is very good.
