Troubleshoot and Setup Arlec Smart Downlight in Home Assistant

I'm seeking assistance to control an Arlec smart downlight purchased from Bunnings through local Tuya in Home Assistant. I've added the device, but it shows as unavailable.

The light works fine if controlled from Tuya app and Tuya Home Assistant integration directly.

I've already tried:
- Restarting Home Assistant
- Reconfiguring the device
- Checking network connection

I added the device through manual configuration, as this is my first time configuring a device in local Tuya in Home Assistant. I'm looking for a professional with experience in troubleshooting and setting up local Tuya devices in Home Assistant to help me get this downlight operational.
