Make Camera in Blue Iris send mqtt action to Home Assistant and turn on a light.

I'm looking to have an IP camera which is being controlled by "Blue Iris" to send an mqtt to "Home Assistant" which is using the plugin "Node-Red" to turn a light on when the camera is activated by motion
