Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Building Management System (BMS) professional with expertise in Loxone programming to develop a complete control system for Light Beam Academy. The project involves upgrading the existing heating system, installing new equipment, and implementing advanced control and automation logic.
Project Scope:
Conversion of the existing CT circuit to a VT circuit.
Installation of a new boiler.
Installation of a new pressurisation unit.
Implementation of a gas safety interlock system.
Full programming of the Loxone BMS, integrating the following components:
1x Outdoor sensor
1x Space sensor
2x Primary pocket sensors
2x Secondary pocket sensors
VT mixing valve
VT pump set
Boilers and integral shunt pumps
Remote access to BMS
Pressurisation unit
Gas safety system and emergency push button
Existing gas solenoid
Thermal fuses, CO/Natural Gas sensors, and fire alarm interface
Key Features:
Programmable schedules for heating (with user-adjustable time slots and holiday schedules).
Summer/Winter modes with automatic notifications.
Plant extension feature (adjustable between 1 to 4 hours).
Gas interlock system with visual indication (green/amber/red) and fault notifications.
Weather compensation adjusting flow temperatures based on indoor and outdoor conditions.
Frost protection with multi-stage logic and alarms for imminent freezing.
