Remote Programmer – ELAN Home Automation Commissioning
Scope:
• System: ELAN controller (specify model, e.g., ELAN 150) integrated with Lutron RadioRA3, Sonos zones, Z-Wave/KNX/other devices as needed.
• Work: Remote commissioning & programming after field installation by your technicians (for your business, Ultimate Security Corp.).
• Deliverables: Full functionality of touchscreen/keypad/voice/scene control via Elan GUI, mobile app control, test plan, hand-over documentation for homeowner/trade.
• Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years experience programming ELAN in luxury residences, demonstration of successfully completed projects, ability to work remotely (VPN/secure remote access), familiarity with networked AV/lighting/security.
• Timeline & budget: (you fill in your dates and budget).
• Location: Remote, but candidate must accommodate occasional on-site video/virtual session with your field techs (NY time zone).
• Communication: You’ll provide network access, documentation of installed devices, wiring schedule, system layout from your team.
