Designing Testing and Building a low cost WiFi Air Quality sensor

This project is to design, test & build a low cost WiFi sensor for measuring various attributes of Air Quality, mostly in closed rooms, compatible with open source Home Automation softwares like OpenHAB and home Assistant. Target market is Third world Middle Income markets like India, where the market is expanding very slowly due to high cost proprietary solutions. Project Requirement attached. Discussions welcome!!
