Deploy Lovelace Custom Dashboard on HA

Hello,

I'm looking to get some help to implement this custom theme:

Device Stack:
- Sensors: Motion (from Lutron), Temperature
- Lights: Lutron Pico, RA2 Dimming Switches
- AC: Daikin AC
- Bond Bridge (to communicate with Somfy-enabled Curtains & Blinds)
- Media: Apple TV, Samsung TV, Netflix & Spotify
- Sound: Samsung Soundbar
- Security: UniFi Protect - G4 Doorbell

Features:
- Floor Plan Integration (ability to control all devices from the floor plan)
- Rooms: Display switches to all devices and sensors

What's Not Required:
- People At Home
- Philips HUE Support - not using colour changing lights
- Plex (under Media) - not using
- Clean Up tab - not using an integrated robovac

Other Requirements:
- Privacy & security is of paramount importance. I'd require you to keep all details of our engagement private and confidential.
- You can suggest what's the best way for the dashboard to be designed and shipped. I'm amenable to replacing/adding entities on my end with instructions outlined.
