Research the history (1959) of the Port Moresby library for public servants

In 1959 my aunt (Marian Baker) took a job in Port Moresby establishing a library for the public service. (This wasn't the public libraries in PNG -- that was established earlier). This was a library that was set up to help people in the public service. She had to train an assistant -- and that's all the information I have.
This project is to find out whatever you can about (1) the public service library (2) any records you can find on Marian's involvement (3) any people you can find who worked in that public service library.
