I need an experienced data-entry professional who already feels at home inside Alora, HHAExchange, WellSky or comparable EVV-enabled home-care systems. The job is straightforward but detail-driven: migrate and enter new records as they arrive, verify legacy entries for accuracy, and keep everything cleanly organized so the clinical and billing teams can work without a hitch.
You will be keying in:
• Client demographics and authorizations
• Daily service logs and caregiver notes
• Billing details and EVV timestamps
Accuracy, HIPAA-level confidentiality, and speed are non-negotiable. If you can demonstrate previous, hands-on work inside any of the platforms mentioned above and are comfortable meeting tight turn-around times, let’s get started—the database is waiting.
