HIPAA expert for Office 365

I have been trying to find something that outlines what "I" need to do on my end to have the best practice for HIPAA for a very small non profit. I am so frustrated, I keep getting a lot of opinions and contrasting thoughts. I have both Office 365 and an Azure grant but no way to implement anything with confidence. Controls, and testing etc...

We have about 19 people, I would be the administrator.
