Build HIPAA-Compliant MVP Website (WordPress + Plugins)

Description:

I am looking to build a minimum viable product (MVP) website for a healthcare/dental platform called DentalBridge.

The goal is to quickly launch a secure website where patients and dental offices can exchange information safely, while meeting HIPAA requirements.

Key Requirements:
• Website built on WordPress (preferred) for speed and affordability
• Integration of HIPAA-compliant plugins (e.g., JotForm HIPAA, secure S3 file transfer, SSL, audit logs, role-based access)
• Simple, clean front-end design (professional but lightweight MVP)
• User roles: Admin, Dental Office, and Patient (basic permissions setup)
• Secure hosting recommendation (AWS or other HIPAA-ready hosting preferred)
• Optional: ability to expand later into custom web app (React/Django/Next.js)

Deliverables:
• Fully functional MVP website
• Documentation on plugins/configuration
• Cost and timeline estimate for MVP

Budget: Small-Medium (affordable MVP first, with room to expand later).
