HIPAA Compliance Consultant Needed

We're a HIPAA compliance consulting firm helping medical practices pass federal audits.

We need a healthcare attorney to review and sign HIPAA compliance packages (200–300 pages max each).

Requirements:
☐ Must be US-licensed attorney (active bar membership)
☐ Must have healthcare/HIPAA compliance experience (minimum 3 years)
☐ Must understand HIPAA Privacy Rule + Security Rule + Breach Notification Rule
☐ Must understand CMS (Medicare/Medicaid) Conditions of Participation
☐ Must be willing to review and sign compliance packages
☐ Must deliver review within 2-3 days
☐ Must accept per review

What You'll Do:
✏️ Review 200–300 page compliance package
✏️ Verify HIPAA compliance (Privacy, Security, Breach Notification)
✏️ Verify CMS compliance (Conditions of Participation)
✏️ Make revisions if needed
✏️ Sign as reviewing attorney (include in final package)
✏️ Provide 30-minute consultation (if premium package)

Deliverables:
✓ Review notes (Word document)
✓ Signed compliance package (PDF)
✓ Attorney credential page (bar membership + license)
✓ 30-minute consultation call (if premium)

Timeline: 2–3 days per review

Volume: 10+ reviews/month (long-term)
