Translate user interface from English to Hindi (approx 17 500 words)

I need you to translate about 17 500 words from English to Hindi. This is to translate the user interface of an application, so it's mostly short computer related terms like "select all", "click ok to continue", "are you sure you want to do this?" etc. I'm looking for a manual (not automated) translation.

The file to translate is attached. You must use a software such as Notepad++ or other text editor (not Microsoft Office and not Microsoft Word) to edit it and save as UTF8 encoding.
