Subtitles in English for Hindi videos

I need a subtitler who can write subtitles for a YouTube video provided by me. The video language will be Hindi, and you will have to write subtitles in English. Even if you don't know how to write subtitles, you can still apply, but make sure that you have a good command of English and must have decent typing speed.

The video length is 28 minutes and I will pay 200 rupees for this. The deadline is 5 pm, 15 Feb.
