english and Hindi Dubbing for YouTube Video

I need a 5-6 minute YouTube video dubbed into Hindi/English. The original video is in Malayalam and English.

Requirements:
- Create dubbed audio tracks (1 for Hindi/English and another for English)
- Provide SRT file for Hindi and English
- Dubbing should be a close match, but not exact

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English
- Experience with video transcription and dubbing
- Ability to create accurate SRT files
- Attention to detail and good audio synchronization skills

There will be regular stream of work if th job is well done
