We are veterinary diagnostic lab located in coimbatore. We need a freelancer with language proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & Malayalam. Following are job responsibilities.
Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote or sell products or services.
Following a script or a set of guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy of the sales pitch.
Providing information about products or services, answering questions, and addressing concerns or objections.
Recording information about customer interactions and transactions in a database or CRM system.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and managers to improve sales strategies and processes.
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Participating in training and development activities to improve performance and skills.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
