Professional English to Tamil YouTube Thumbnail

I'm in need of a professional English to Tamil YouTube video thumbnail. The thumbnail should be suitable for a YouTube video, embodying a professional style.
The Thumbnails are already done, it is in English for my English Channel and now I am dubbing my video to Tamill and hence need it done in Tamil asl well. The job is not that hard, I will send you the .psd files for the english version and you have to change it into Tamil for me with some slight changes. My rate is $1 for 1 thumbnail.
