Customer Calling – Order Confirmation & NDR Follow-up (Female, Hindi + Telugu Required)
Project Description:
I run an online D2C footwear brand and I'm looking for a female freelancer who can help with daily customer calling tasks. Your job will be to:
Call 15–20 customers daily to confirm their recent orders.
Follow up with 8–10 NDR (non-delivery) customers to reschedule deliveries and ensure order completion.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu (Kannada and Tamil are a bonus).
Should be confident, polite, and experienced in phone communication.
Must be available to make calls daily (4-5 hours of work).
Should maintain a simple record of calls made and their outcomes.
Project Type:
Ongoing – Long-term if performance is good.
Payment:
Fixed monthly or per-call basis (open to discussion).
