Hindi translator

Hello, I am in need of a Hindi translator for a project. I need my English content translated into Hindi and proofreading is a must. My preference is for a formal language style. Ideally, the translator should have a good command of the English and Hindi languages and be familiar with both cultures. Familiarity with software like Word and Excel is also beneficial.
