English to hindi translation from Video

I'm looking for an accomplished translator who can promptly transcribe a 30-minute video from English to Hindi. Ideally someone who has immense expertise in Hindi language, capable of producing a formal tone while transcribing the script. Freelancer may have to make judgement calls on whether to translate word-for-word or adapt sentence structure to suit natural Hindi conversation as this question remains open. This particular project needs to be tackled immediately. Fluency in both English and Hindi will be a boon to this task. The ideal candidate should have:
