English Subtitles for Youtube Video (Hindi to English)

I need an experienced freelancer to provide English subtitles for a YouTube video with Hindi audio. The subtitles will need to be delivered as a text file in a format that is easy to review, edit, and upload. The project will require more than 10 subtitles in total. However, timed captioning is not required for this project.
