English–Hindi/Urdu Typing & Translation

I have a collection of beginner-friendly documents that need to move smoothly between English and Hindi or Urdu. The task is split evenly: half of your time will be spent copy-typing clean, error-free text from scans or handwritten pages, and the other half translating that same material in the opposite direction.
Please keep the tone comfortably semi-formal—polite and clear without drifting into stiff legal language. Absolute accuracy matters: spelling, punctuation, and diacritics must be flawless, and the translated version should read as naturally as the source while staying faithful to its meaning.
You’ll return each file in two formats—editable Word (.docx) and a matching PDF—with the original layout, headings, and any tables preserved. Work is complete when every line has been triple-checked, terminology remains consistent across both languages, and the output opens without font issues on any standard system that supports Unicode Hindi and Urdu.
