Digital project

I am looking for assistance with a digital project that involves client dealing and coordination. I have a clear vision for the project and a specific platform that it needs to be developed for, which is mobile. Thus far, I have outlined some ideas and features, but am open to suggestions if someone feels they could further enhance the project. I am looking for an person who is able to not only comprehend and develop my project form the mobile platform, but also suggest innovative ideas that further enhance the project.
