Our Company KCS EVENT MANAGEMENT is looking for a female customer support specialist to provide phone support during business hours for our company.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently and effectively
- Familiarity with our services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs and expectations
- proficient in Urdu and Hindi language
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls from customers and providing assistance and support
