Manual Adding Hindi subtitle to English videos

We want english videos to translated into Hindi. So we are looking for someone who can add subtitles . Video file and Hindi transcribe text will be provided. One just had to generate subtitle in srt file with proper syncing after understanding the both language.

Pay will be : Rs 25/ per minute of video ( Negotiable )
