deploy an application

I have developed a web app using Jupyter (Voila), then deployed to Heroku succcesfully. In the following days I am going to give acces to people (300 maximum) and I would like some support on this procedure.
I would also need to translate my python database (type dict) to a sqlite to avoid concurrency issues. Thank you
