Selecting experience Heroku user

In view of launching my webapp live on heroku (app is already deployed successfully) I am selecting a mentor who can explain and teach me how to monitor metrics on heroku and best practices (backup db etc) when live.
I am NOT looking for someone for deploying, but someone experienced in monitoring app once live and solving possible problems may arise.
