Hebrew native speaker for toxic text categorization

I am looking for a Hebrew native speaker with experience in toxic text categorization. The purpose of this project is to develop a machine learning model for detecting toxic language. The texts that need to be categorized include social media comments, forum threads, and customer reviews. There are more than 500 texts that need to be categorized.
