Garden leave document for employees -- 2

I need help creating a garden leave document for my employees. The purpose of the document is to provide them with guidelines during their leave period. I have a rough idea of the terms and conditions that I would like to include, but need assistance making sure all necessary information is included. The finished document should be readily provided to all employees and be in Word Document format. We are a logistics company in Sierra Leone doing the haulage of IRon ore. We are placing some of our heavy duty drivers on garden leave as a huge amount of our trucks have broken down and our fuel consumption has been higher that the tonnage we haul.
