I need a engineer/handyman who knows about heat pump

I am working in a marketing research company, and collecting some questionnaires about the heat pump market in Italy, France, Spain, Poland and Germany, however, I only speak English, hope I can find experts who know about this industry and could do a one hour interview with me.
