I’m expanding Lumiknox's US revenue-cycle team and need experienced, AAPC-certified coders—CPC preferred—who can confidently handle cardiology, orthopedics, and dermatology work. You’ll be working exclusively on insurance claims and medical billing forms, assigning precise ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes in 3M CodeFinder, Optum EncoderPro, and Meditech.
Here’s what success looks like:
• Every chart coded to at least 95 % accuracy, fully compliant with current payer and CMS guidelines.
• Turnaround time under 48 hours per batch unless otherwise arranged.
• Clear notation of coding rationale so our auditors can trace decisions quickly.
To get started, I’ll send a trial batch of claims; once those meet the above metrics, we’ll move to a steady weekly volume.
