US physician residency program research
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
So basically doctors in the USA have to train in training programs called residency programs before they can be licensed.
Categorical training programs (2-3 years) lead to a license, while preliminary programs are just a temporary paid training positions (1 year) which do not lead to license
I need some data as to what percentage of transitional year graduates later are able to enter categorical training programs and what factors determine their success in matching into a categorical program.
I will also need references. Format: Word file with tables. Subspecialty data would be preferable
