I need a registered nurse who can handle three core responsibilities for my patients entirely by phone:

• Offer sound medical advice on everyday health questions so callers feel confident about their next steps.
• Conduct structured follow-up calls after clinic visits to track symptoms, reinforce care plans, and flag any issues that require escalation.
• Deliver clear, empathetic health education over the phone, tailoring explanations to each patient’s level of understanding.

All consultations will be voice-only; you should be comfortable building rapport without video. After every interaction, I’ll expect a concise written summary (date, time, main concerns, guidance given, and any recommendations for further care) delivered to our shared folder the same day.
