Opening a restaurant -- 2

I am opening a vegetarian restaurant in Indianapolis called The Garden Diner. We plan to offer mostly vegan burger patties. It will be located at 99 Cruse Street, downtown Indianapolis. There is a nearby restaurant called Three Carrots which is also vegetarian and they are doing very well. However, Three Carrots does not offer alcohol. We plan to have a mini bar.
