Nutrition plans for longevity coaching clients

*Scope of Work and Skills Required*

1) Detailed Assessment of Longevity and Nutrition Science:
The candidate will need to thoroughly understand the latest research in longevity, preventive medicine, and nutrition, with an interest in plant-based diets. This includes knowledge of how diet affects aging and healthspan.

2) Personalized Nutrition Planning:
The nutrition plans part of the "Longevity Coaching" should be tailored to individual biological profiles and lifestyle choices, with a focus on optimizing longevity and health. Potentially utilizing insights from genomics and microbiome analysis to perfect the nutrition plan.

3) Consultation and Guidance:
Provide two, nutrition consultations within a three-month period (for each client). These sessions will involve discussing the personalized nutrition plans, addressing client questions, and making adjustments as necessary based on client feedback or new scientific insights.

4) Collaboration with the Team:
Collaborate closely with the existing team at Beyond Sapiens to ensure that the nutrition plans are integrated seamlessly with other aspects of the Longevity Coaching program.

*Deliverables*

1) Personalized Nutrition Plans:
Create 2 comprehensive nutrition plans per client based on their unique health profiles and goals.

2) Consultation Reports:
After each consultation session, provide a summary report highlighting key discussions, recommendations made, and any follow-up actions.

3) Feedback Integration:
Adjust nutrition plans based on client feedback and evolving research in the field of nutrition and longevity.

*Skills Required*
1) Degree in nutrition science or similar.
2) Deep interest on leveraging foods to optimize health, healthspan, and longevity.
3) Be well-versed in creating balanced and nutritious plant-based plans.
4) Excellent communication skills to interact with customers over Zoom/Google Meet.
5) Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

P.S. Nice to have (but we can provide training on the topic) → Experience interpreting genomic and microbiome data for personalized dietary recommendations.
