Nursing Care Plan Development

I need a comprehensive post-operative nursing care plan for medical surgical/ortho patients. The plan should cover:

- Pain management strategies
- Wound care protocols
- Mobility and rehabilitation techniques

Ideal skills and experience:
- Nursing background, preferably with a focus on surgical/ortho care
- Experience in developing care plans
- Strong knowledge in pain management, wound care, and rehabilitation
